Known as the "Godfather of the Solar Industry in China," he is a pivotal figure in the photovoltaic sector. Originating from rural China, he graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1985 and earned a master’s degree from Macquarie University. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding Australia Southern Sunshine International Pty Ltd and co-founding Suntech Power, China Sunergy, and JA Solar, all of which went public in the U.S., with JA Solar achieving notable success on NASDAQ in 2007. As CEO of Hareon Solar Technology since 2009, he has restructured and expanded the company, leading to its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2012. He has raised over $2 billion for JA Solar and Hareon Solar and, driven by his Buddhist beliefs, has invested in healthcare and renewable energy to address environmental and health challenges.

With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, he has demonstrated outstanding performance in real estate, silica sand, shipping, petroleum, and new energy trade. He has served prominent companies in the Philippines and China, including SMC Yamamura, Premium Packaging, SMC Parola, and PetroChina. His extensive experience in business expansion and management has honed his skills in enterprise strategy execution and operational management, particularly in power plant operation and maintenance, general construction, and the development and trade of both traditional and new energy sectors.

With a degree in Business Administration, he previously served as the General Manager at a German company specializing in coal-fired power plants. With over 18 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, he has successfully completed transactions totaling over 2 GW across more than 15 countries. He possesses deep expertise in the development, manufacturing, sales, financing, and investment of photovoltaic projects. His extensive experience with international companies has provided him with a strong understanding of cross-cultural issues. He brings valuable knowledge and experience to the team in formulating strategic directions, business development, identifying key customers, negotiating and closing contracts, and driving sales activities.

A seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience across transportation, warehousing, cold storage manufacturing, shipping, and real estate, Hanson drives innovation and operational excellence through his companies, HDC and HGSSR. He forges strategic partnerships and leverages market insights to propel growth. Under his leadership, significant achievements include expanding market reach, optimizing operations through technology, and fostering community development. Combining strategic foresight with a passion for philanthropy, Hanson contributes to both economic and social progress with his extensive knowledge and experience.

Currently serving as the Secretary of the Department of Finance, he holds a prominent role as ex-officio Chair of various Government Financial Institutions (GFIs). He represents the Philippines as Governor for the World Bank Group and the Asian Development Bank, and as Alternate Governor for the International Monetary Fund. A key figure in shaping Philippine economic policy, he is the principal author of significant legislation on banking and Financial Reforms, capital Market Reforms, foreign Investments and Industrial Competitiveness, agricultural Competitiveness, employment Opportunities and Human Resource Development, and tax Reforms. He has also co-authored numerous other laws aimed at advancing economic and social welfare.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a registered accountant in California. With over 30 years of experience in major financial roles at both listed and private companies, including Analogix Semiconductor Inc., AI, JA Solar, and 99Bill, she has developed strong expertise in financial management, industry insights, strategic thinking, and collaborative approaches. Her extensive experience has driven growth and profitability, and in recent years, she has successfully led two private companies through successful exits.

He holds a Master’s degree from the Institute of Materials Engineering at Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. With over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor and solar energy industries across China, the U.S., India, and Taiwan, he has held senior management roles at leading companies such as Intel, Lam Research, Shanyang Technology, Yuanlong Semiconductor, SMIC, and Hairun Photovoltaic. His extensive global experience has refined his skills in international leadership, client service, semiconductor and photovoltaic process flow, factory management, advanced R&D, new technology introduction, and project operations. He currently serves as the Vice President of GBF Project Development.
